Any product bought from Aimy’s Collection online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty).
- We does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for products on SALE, unless we deliver the incorrect order.
- Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
- Order cannot be canceled once shipped.
- We will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way.
- Product has some manufacturing defect.
- Item / size has been wrongly delivered and not according to your order.
For International:
- We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders.
- All international orders may be subject to taxes, fees, surcharges and duties (if applicable).
- Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout and will be added to your total bill.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. In this instance, our Exchange policy will apply. We reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, declined payment by your authorized payment institution, or pricing impressions. Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase within next 60 days
